It’s that time again! Our 2020 SXTA Annual Youth It’s that time again! Our 2020 SXTA Annual Youth Gathering 📣 We invite any ages from 15-25 to come join us! Throughout the 3 days our youth will learn about Treaty in a fun and interactive way! While partaking in cultural workshops that include, carving, traditional medicine making, cedar headbands, halq’eméylem. To the Members of our SXTA Communities:

During this unprecedented period of self-quarantine and social distancing, we wanted to let you know that the SXTA Executive and Leadership, with the well-being of our communities uppermost in mind, remain focused on the treaty goals and objectives. We continue guiding our path and moving forward to self-governance and treaty. We developed and are carrying out a plan to continue our efforts as fully as possible. Members of the SXTA Executive and Leadership are meeting virtually on a regular basis; likewise, our Treaty Negotiation Team continues with its ongoing negotiations with BC and Canada. Our staff are working from home during this period and remain committed to carrying out our work plans. Members of our Outreach team will continue reaching out to you by email, by telephone, social media and other creative means to hear your thoughts on our Constitution and treaty, and to keep you fully informed about our work. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our Outreach Team. We continue to look after our communities as our highest priority.
